Office 365 Engineer
Location : Remote (U.S.-based) with occasional onsite work in Washington, D.C.
Employment Type : Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Office 365 Engineer to support the a federal Digital Environment initiative. This role will focus on the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services within a federal court system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Power Platform, and automation using PowerShell.
Responsibilities :
- Administer and optimize Office 365 tenant services , including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Entra ID.
- Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Graph API .
- Manage security and compliance policies, including Defender for Office 365 and Conditional Access .
- Support enterprise email security, anti-phishing, and spam filtering configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services, authentication, and identity management.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate Azure, AWS, and other cloud-based services with Office 365.
- Stay up to date with new Microsoft 365 features, roadmap updates, and industry best practices .
