Company Overview:

SymQuest, a Division of Konica Minolta, is a leading provider of innovative document solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through exceptional account management
  • Prospect new clients and effectively market our products and services to drive revenue growth
  • Achieve sales and margin goals as determined by the Director of Sales
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Collaborate with other business units to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of client and sales data in CRM database
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communication and strategic outreach

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Proven industry experience preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Above-average computer skills and knowledge
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple accounts across a broad geographic area
