Your role
Position Summary:
Support the growth of the S&C Division by providing project teams with sensory experiments and data that will allow for better business decisions, innovation, and help drive project success. Operate as a business partner across a variety of consumer fragrance applications, leveraging chemistry and/or sensory expertise to identify opportunities, set actionable objectives, design experiments, analyze data and communicate recommendations with business impact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Associate Sensory Scientist will work in the the Sensory Evaluation Team to help plan and set up tests for trained panelists to quantitively assess fragrance performance in finished consumer products. This work with involve making finished samples, applying them in consumer relevant protocols, ensuring panelist participation and summarizing results. Results will be organized and presented to colleagues in a professional manner.
About you
Requirements:
- degreed Chemist or Chemical Engineer
- 0-3 years practical lab experience
