Your role
PRODUCTION / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Required to run the following maintenance activities:
- Preventative Maintenance
- Emergency Maintenance
- Hiring / Staffing of Maintenance Technicians
- Work Order Generation
QUALITY:
- Responsible for the quality of the work performed by Maintenance Technicians and outside individuals.
- Ensure GMP rules are followed by Maintenance Technicians and outside contractors.
- Inform your manager if any possible quality issue arises.
PROJECT:
- Participate in all project-related internal and external communications including stage gate reviews, status reports, and cross-functional project acceptance.
ENVIRONMENT:
- Respect company policy in term of waste management: zero waste water
- Inform about any environmental risk
SAFETY:
- Ensure that you work in safety conditions for yourself and others
- To wear and maintain in a good shape your Personal Protective Equipment.
- Inform about any safety risk (spillage…)
ATTITUDE:
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to technicians; evaluate performance and coach team members.
- Participate in maintenance performance improvements (quality, safety, maintenance, environment)
- Demonstrate the following skills:
- Attendance
- Work performance
- Attention to detail
- General attitude to fit with Company standards
About you
- Associate / Bachelor of Science degree in scientific field preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical and automation equipment. Experience with ABB a plus.
- Ability to work well across departments and maintain open communication lines to assure efficient problem resolution.
- Must have previous experience leading others in a high productivity work environment. Experience leading in a 24/7 GMP facility preferred.
- Understanding of basic engineering concepts, such as strength of materials, loads on structures and member forces.
- Project management experience. Brownfield project management experience in GMP facility preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs
