Lead the Process Control System (PCS) installation of all new and modernization projects. Develop and maintain electrical wiring diagram database, creating wire diagrams for all new and modernization projects. Standardize and build up stock room items for electrical/automation equipment and instrumentation. Provide daily support to Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues and keep the existing process controls systems operational for production. Coordinate the activities of teams of contractors tasked with building and outfitting the new plants. Ensure the installation of both field instruments and control devices is up to company standards. Ensure the field instruments can communicate with the process control system. Coordinate the check-out of the components and the commissioning of the PCS systems in the plant during start-up activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or similar discipline, and four years of experience in the Process Control Systems (PCS) environment in the chemical industry.
• Alternatively, six years of experience in the Process Control Systems (PCS) environment in the chemical industry.
• Experience as an electrical technician or engineer.
• Proficiency with EPLAN software.
• Functional knowledge of programming in Siemens PCS 7.
• Experience in the chemical production environment and with electrical installations in hazardous locations.
• 50% domestic travel; 5% international travel.
