Your role
Sell fragrances to the major accounts assigned to maximize Symrise's potential with the clients through the utilization of the resources of the Symrise company worldwide.
- Generate new brief opportunities by assigned accounts, and new accounts for their new or revised products.
- Develop new business opportunities identified by Symrise North America leadership team.
- Build strong personal relationships with the account personnel responsible for issuing the briefs as well as the decision-making personnel responsible for the fragrance selections, and core lists.
- Manage assigned accounts by utilizing the technical, creative, and international resources of Symrise to enhance its reputation with the customer.
- Report to management the significant developments at, and the organizational changes within, the major client accounts and the competition.
- Stay abreast in the industry, fragrance and new product developments in order to create a competitive sales edge.
