I.T. Support Engineer position overview:
To provide technical support for a range of cloud/server/PC systems, peripherals, telephony and network device infrastructure, critical to the efficient operations of our clients' businesses.
Expected Results:
1.Customer Service - Resolve all needs on schedule within client expectations, Provide great experiences at all interactions with clients. Installing equipment.
2. Successfully perform as first responder and escalation point for a myriad of different support issues
3. Effectively use Connectwise line of business apps to track, manage and resolve client support requests
4. Efficiently review proactive reports and remediate any issues
Responsibilities:
- Travel to client locations for IT support and project related tasks.
- Provide support for different systems, including, but not limited to: Windows client and server operating systems, Office 365 & MS Office 2010-2019 versions, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, line of business apps, mobile devices etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, escalating as appropriate
- Perform duties using Help Desk system (ConnectWise) to manage service requests, respond to and resolve requests per SLAs, escalate as necessary
- Review proactive reports for backups, replication, etc., and remediate any issues
- Participate in after-hours call rotation

Pay: $28,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
