Azure Architect
Washington DC (Hybrid)
o Provide technical leadership, guidance, and assistance to the teams in the implementation of established architectures and designs.
o Accountable for the end-to-end customer Azure cloud deployment experience.
o Own the Azure technical engagement including: developing the architectural design on specific implementation projects and/or Proofs of Concepts, and Cloud solution architecture components of customer facing contract bid responses.
o Assess Azure footprint readiness for deployment activities
o Strong knowledge in Azure Core Platform: Compute (IAAS & PAAS), Storage and Networking , Identity and Authentication Patterns (MFA) , Azure HA/DR, scaling, and backup solutions ,Azure Monitor, Azure Cloud Native Azure Integration
o Experience with General automation, Azure Automation, Azure CLI, PowerShell scripting
o Experience of automation tools (ansible, terra form preferred)
o Experience with Windows, Linux and Unix platforms
o Azure DevOps, including Automation/IaC, Kubernetes and Docker
o Familiarity with Web technologies, such as web servers, proxies, certificates.
