Imagine a typical day: You're ensuring the precision operation of our SMT equipment, leading a seamless production day under the supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor. From setting up the equipment to performing valuable preventive maintenance, you are the key to impeccable electronic assembly.
Responsibilities
- Executing SMT operations with technical software.
- Verifying PCBs and handling conveyor adjustments and solder distribution.
- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions efficiently.
- Switching out products and setting up machinery.
- Upgrading and fixing key electronic elements.
- Implementing precision checks on assembly quality.
- Documenting processes and results meticulously.
- Practicing and embracing the 6s methodology.
Are You Ready?
- A strong commitment to maintaining high quality and promoting safety protocols.
- High levels of manual skill and coordination for working with tiny components.
- Proficiency in identifying electronic parts and understanding designators is crucial.
- Competency in reading technical documentation.
- Possessing 1-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing is ideal.
- Experience with pick-and-place technologies is advantageous.
Educational Background:
We require a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
