SynapseTBI provides a comprehensive protocol of diagnostic testing to substantiate diagnoses such as Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries (mTBI), and Post Concussion Syndrome. Our testing is recommended and validated by the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) for post-TBI patients with cognitive symptoms. We also offer neurologist consultations, recommended treatment plans, psychological evaluations, in-home TBI treatment programs, in-facility neuro rehab/physical therapy, and life care plans.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative located in Greater Houston. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling SynapseTBI's diagnostic testing and treatment services to healthcare providers. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, scheduling meetings, conducting sales presentations, and providing customer service support. The Representative will maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and stay informed about industry trends and SynapseTBI’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Medical Sales and Pharmacy knowledge
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Understanding of medicine, specifically related to TBI and post-concussion syndrome
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor
- Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
