Job Description

  • Build trust with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Effectively manage customer accounts to ensure accurate information.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Streamline customer enrollment processes and service setup through our client's pre-qualification application.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback.
  • Proactively resolve customer issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.
  • Regularly participate in training sessions to deepen knowledge of client expectations and goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales or account management, is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Flexibility with working hours and schedule.
