Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and distribution of promotional materials at events.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Campaign Managers to develop marketing and advertising strategies.
- Act as a front-line representative between consumers and our corporate clientele.
- Train and mentor promotional staff for assigned campaigns.
- Manage event promotions and marketing strategies alongside management.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador, consistently maintaining a positive image.
- Drive sales through interactive and engaging retail promotional campaigns.
Candidate Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near the Cleveland, OH area and able to travel to the office for daily training.
- Communication: Strong English-speaking and communication skills are a must.
- Availability: Full-time availability only. (Limited summer positions available for students.)
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required.
- Professionalism: Maintain a fun and enthusiastic attitude while upholding a professional demeanor.
