What You'll Do:
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Request and follow up on prior authorizations with insurance companies and PCP offices
- Input and document authorizations in our EMR system and patient files
- Process referrals and medical service requests with speed and accuracy
- Handle clerical tasks to keep everything running smoothly
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, payors, and facilities
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year of healthcare experience (required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In-person position)
Pay: $17/hour
Location: Richardson, TX 75082 @ our HQ Building
