What You'll Do
As part of our expert team, you’ll:
- Evaluate and treat children and young adults with diverse speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs.
- Develop individualized Plans of Care with meaningful short- and long-term goals tailored to each child’s unique journey.
- Collaborate with families to maximize skill carryover and provide essential resources.
- Stay at the forefront of your field with professional development and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation while adhering to all licensure and certification requirements.
Who You Are
You’re a compassionate and skilled SLP with:
- A Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- A valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certification (or are a Clinical Fellow eager to grow).
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team setting alongside occupational therapists and fellow SLPs.
- Experience (or a passion to gain experience!) with a wide variety of conditions, including articulation, fluency, swallowing, and AAC devices.
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
