We are looking for a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Administrator to assist us with the overall scheduling and front office operations. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for working with children and building strong relationships with families. This role will fill our Arlington, TX location.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responding to all calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Scheduling appointments for patients (new, reoccurring, or make-up)
- Administration of caseloads for therapists
- Complete intake of new patients
- Tracking and scheduling reevaluations
- Administration of patients files
- Communication with insurance companies
- Assist all Spanish-speaking patients/families
- Other administrative duties as required
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a front office administrator
- Experience in a doctor's office is preferred but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) - speak, write, and understand
- Must be compassionate and empathetic towards kids/family
- Ability to greet and interact positively with children and all clients
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Experience with Google workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Schedule:
You must be available to work from 9 AM - 6:30 PM from Monday to Friday.
Pay Rate:
$16 - $18 per hour. Bi-weekly pay.
