Overview
Synaptics is looking for a Talent Acquisition Programs & Operations Manager responsible for managing programs and processes to support an efficient, scalable, and high-performing recruitment function. This position collaborates with talent acquisition leaders, recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to enhance the candidate experience, ensure operational excellence, and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition.
The typical base pay range for this position is USD $115,000- $180,400 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, equity and other benefits. Note that compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or benefits.
Responsibilities & Competencies
Job Duties
- Lead and prioritize a wide range of responsibilities spanning the entire recruiting and candidate lifecycle
- Manage talent acquisition programs, such as internship initiatives, employer branding campaigns, and contingent worker programs
- Partner with the TA team to build out our tech stack roadmap, including ensuring our systems are built for scale and efficiency
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance scalability and efficiency
- Partner in the implementation of new tools and processes to enhance the recruitment function
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System to ensure data integrity and processes are optimized
- Facilitate exceptional partnerships with hiring managers and recruiters, prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail
- Manage ATS data tracking and analytics; build reports; utilize data to deliver insights and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and industry regulations
