The Roll
We are looking for highly motivated, experienced phlebotomists and medical lab technicians who are able and willing to work independently and travel to patient homes and client sites in one of our regional service areas in order to perform blood draws, medical specimen collection, specimen processing, general customer support.
Successful candidates need to be very customer-oriented and responsible; must have the ability to work well independently with follow through on tasks. Applicants must look and act professional and have great patient and customer interaction skills. Knowledge of basic computer skills, web-based applications, EMR or LIS systems is ideal. This is a position that combines direct patient care, customer relationship management, and operations support activities.

Job Duties – What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform blood draws and medical specimen collection for study participants in their homes or client sites, ensuring proper handling and processing of specimens (e.g., centrifuge, pipette, and freeze)
- Package and transport specimens to the designated local shipping site, ensuring adherence to all safety and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel to set appointments within the required visitation window and complete all assigned mobile visits
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor during all interactions with patients, clients, and healthcare professionals
- Utilize basic computer skills and web-based applications, including EMR or LIS systems, to document and manage patient interactions and specimen collection data
- Perform follow-up procedures on each order to ensure accurate and timely reporting of results, maintaining clear communication with all involved parties
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in starting and performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw in diverse patient populations including patients with more challenging peripheral venous access (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred)
- One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests
- Skilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication charting
- Must have and maintain a current CPR certification
- Must have and maintain a current TB Test
- Gain GCP and IATA training certification
- No research experience required, on the job training provided
- Contribute to advancements of truly life changing treatments
