Marketing Manager Responsibilities : As a Marketing Manager you will lead daily meetings, setting the tone and motivating teams to achieve excellence in every campaign. Sustain strong, positive relationships with customers to enhance enrollment, satisfaction, and long term loyalty. Manage client accounts by tracking performance metrics, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Expansion of new locations and partner relationships to achieve monthly growth goals. Oversee the implementation of marketing programs and take direct accountability for ensuring the quality and effectiveness for the quality of work. Provide strategic counsel to clients and the sales team. Marketing Managers serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, engaging with senior-level clients to build long term relationships. Supervise sales team in their daily activities, provide structure and instruction for balancing their workloads. Marketing Manager Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of telecommunication services, with an emphasis on data networking fundamentals and the ability to educate consumers on related products and services as needed. Ability to listen, formulate needs-based sales strategies, and articulate pitches to sell products and services. Marketing Managers must be able to work evenings and weekends, as business needs dictate to maximize prospective customer contact.
