As an Event Assistant, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the success of each event and contributing to overall sales growth while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Event Assistant Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Event Assistant team to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing event space that aligns with brand standards.
- Participate in Event Assistant meetings to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
- Chat with customers, qualify leads, and close sales.
- Track event performance, measure sales impact, and gather customer feedback to improve future events.
- Support post-event evaluations, including gathering feedback and preparing reports.
- Ensure high standards of service and professionalism during events, contributing to strong sales outcomes.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns.
- Process sales transactions with digital devices.
