Position Summary: Ensures the integrity of the Company’s collection systems and processes, confirms all collection activities are completed accurately, timely and proactively, and partners with on-site team members to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

Essential Duties
- Drives collection performance to company goals
- Aggressively pursues collections
- Meets and exceeds collection metrics and performance
- Makes collection calls daily and follows up as needed to achieve payment
- Processes collection payments
- Creates and manages payment plans
- Prepares monthly collection reports
- Stays abreast of changes in state specific requirements related to collections
- Reviews, approves, and processes move out reconciliations for accounts with balances
- Processes write-offs and ledger adjustments in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations
- Assists with collection ledger explanations
- Investigates historical data for each debt
- Updates account status records and collection efforts
- Mails and/or emails correspondence to customers to encourage payment of collection accounts
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education/Experience/ Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's License required
- 2 years multifamily experience required
- Previous multifamily collections experience with processing SODA's/ FAS preferred
- Prior ResMan experience preferred
- Spanish Bilingual highly preferred
