The Account Manager is responsible for actively engaging with inbound leads through creative outreach, prompt follow-ups, and customer-focused communication. This role is essential in generating revenue in a fast-paced, full-cycle sales environment where determination and resilience pays off.
The Account Manager will engage with warm, real-time leads to negotiate and close new licensing software opportunities with companies looking to achieve their business goals. The Account Manager will also Identify and pursue opportunities to upgrade recent transactions, maximizing revenue from overlooked upsell potential.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and solutions-oriented, adept at navigating challenges and driving results with minimal supervision. Highly autonomous, they manage their pipeline effectively and take ownership of their work, while remaining flexible in their availability to align with varying time zones in a hybrid environment. This individual thrives in an independent role, consistently delivering outcomes without the need for constant oversight.

Core Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Initiate contact with prospective customers to qualify, develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities, focusing on leads that have the highest potential to convert.
- Clearly articulate product advantages and license structure with proper training. Emphasize the value of our licensing packages and products that can provide clear, customized solutions.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients using varying methods of communication such as phone, email, and social media connections.
- Identify and pursue recent opportunities with overlooked upsell potential, maximizing revenue.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide insightful guidance and recommendations to clients’ business needs.
- Utilize access to company marketing information, industry trends, competitor offerings, and product enhancements to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Sales Process Management
Education, Experience, Specialized and Preferred Skills
Education Level : Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
Experience Level : At least 1 year experience in quota-driven sales environment with consultative sales knowledge. Understanding business intelligence and reporting tools.
Specialized Skills, Certificates, Licenses : N / A
Preferred Skills : Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal. Relationship building and trust cultivation. Customer service orientation. Problem-solving and critical thinking. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to analyze customer needs and business objectives. Proven ability to quickly establish rapport and deliver value within every client interaction. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Proficient in using CRM software.
