Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ship remote patient monitoring devices according to established protocols and timelines.

• Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete, including packing lists and tracking information.

• Collaborate with logistics partners to resolve shipping issues and ensure timely delivery.

• Virtual Meetings:

• Attend weekly virtual meetings to discuss shipping status, inventory levels, and operational updates.

• Actively participate in discussions, providing input on process improvements and workflow efficiencies.

• Administrative Support:

• Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining shipping records.

• Assist with inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and replenished as necessary.

• Support the team with miscellaneous tasks as assigned to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or healthcare administration is a plus.

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
