What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Program Analyst - Navy Undersea Warfare Program Support position at Synchron, LLC?
Synchron has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Program Analyst to provide professional admin support to the U.S. Navy Team Submarine organization at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. You will assist Team Sub in the management of personnel seating, workspace allocation and management, and proper issuance of IT support systems and accounts. We are seeking a candidate to join our team to improve overall onboarding processes and effectiveness to help provide the US Navy with cutting edge undersea warfare technology. You will provide direct support to the Team Submarine’s Corporate Operations Directorate.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboard of new government personnel with access, issuance of work products and tools by coordinating within Team Submarine, NAVSEA personnel and other government entities.
- Facilitate interactions between the program office and various agencies within and outside Team Sub.
- Maintain system records in TWMS, ARCHIBUS and verify WAYPOINTS accuracy as part of pre-seating actions
- Input seating packages into EDW and monitor process. Interact with ACTRs as necessary to answer their questions on network account creations.
- Assist with the coordination and integration of the daily operations within NAVSEA Archibus System - Workforce Management guidelines and procedures.
- As required, provide input for presentations, administrative items, and/or participate in meetings to share findings.
- Maintain and monitor weekly, daily, monthly activities and schedules to manage conflicts to ensure overall smooth program execution.
- Organize and support Workforce Management briefs and in briefs with new government personnel and senior leadership within and outside Team Submarine.
- Additional related tasks as required in support of the program.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s level degree and 3 years of related professional experience OR High School Degree and 7 years of related professional experience
- Professional experience should include the following administrative support functions: time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication and computer literacy.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills both written and verbal.
