Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV Operator to join our Integrated Services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection systems to assess the condition of sewer and stormwater pipelines. The CCTV Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of pipeline inspections while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CCTV camera equipment to inspect and assess the condition of sewer, stormwater, and other utility pipelines.
- Conduct pre-inspection checks and calibrations to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Accurately document findings, identifying defects, blockages, and other pipeline conditions.
- Maintain detailed reports and logs, using relevant software to record data collected from CCTV inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure inspections are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while working in confined spaces and high-risk environments.
- Perform basic maintenance on CCTV equipment and notify management of any equipment malfunctions or needed repairs.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service, interacting with clients as needed to explain findings and address concerns.
- Assist in other utility or infrastructure maintenance tasks, including hydro excavation or jetter truck operations, when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating CCTV inspection systems in a utility or infrastructure setting is required.
- Knowledge of sewer, stormwater, and utility pipeline systems.
- Proficiency in CCTV inspection software and the ability to generate reports based on findings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and follow safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Confined space certification and NASSCO certification (PACP/MACP/LACP) are preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to enter confined spaces and work in environments with exposure to wastewater or other hazards.
