POSITION SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Presents, promotes and sells products/ services to existing and prospective customers.
- Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/ potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
- Reaches out to customer leads through door knocking and cold calling.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within discussed time frame.
- Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keeps up-to-date with promotional trends and practices.
- Continuously improves through constructive feedback.
- Continuously increases knowledge of products being used.
- Communicates with insurances, adjusters, and ladder assists on behalf of customer.
- Performs drone or physical roof inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous sales experience.
- Willing to learn CRM, mobile apps, and Outlook.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create, deliver and explain contractual agreements to customer.
- Relationship management skills and receptiveness to feedback.
- Ability to follow-up with potential leads.
- Honest, trustworthy, and disciplined.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Must have a working smartphone or iPad.
- Must have a valid Georgia Driver's License.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to tolerate working in hot, cold, or inclement weather.
- Ability to ascend and descend flat or steep driveways.
