Role Summary/Purpose:
The Technology Leader – Enabling Functions is responsible for driving and executing the technology roadmaps, strategies, and initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders. As part of this role, this leader has a dotted line relationship to our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Credit Officer, while also providing support to our Growth, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams.

Essential Responsibilities:
Manage team and provide technology leadership, client relationship, program management, vendor management, prioritization, and functional expertise for our partners and internal stakeholders in the following areas:
Credit initiatives including PRISM
MarTech (a key portion of ACE initiative)
Analytics
Finance programs
Compliance programs
Go to Market (including Salesforce.com)
Rewards
This will include partnering with functional teams to align and influence overall Tech roadmaps, creation of business architecture, process, and data flows, requirement gathering, partnership with Engineering and Information Security teams to build solutions, and team leadership.
Manage team and provide technology leadership, program management, prioritization, and functional expertise for our internal stakeholders.
Accountable for the delivery of projects, products and capabilities.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or related major and 15 years of Technology experience OR, in lieu of degree, a high school diploma and 20 years of Technology work experience
Minimum 10 years of Technology leadership experience driving a rigorous program across large financial services or technology businesses
Highly influential leader able to influence across an organization and drive cross-functional collaboration
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to connect with others, building strong partnerships and as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business, team members and management

Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment
Familiarity with project management tools: Planview, JIRA, ALM, MS Project

Excellent negotiation skills and ability to execute at a high level with a sense of urgency
Experience managing large supplier relationships.

Governance mindset with experience managing regulatory relationships
Expertise to clearly define complex issues despite incomplete or ambiguous information
Ability to drive multiple concurrent priorities to completion without significant guidance
Grade/Level: 16
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
