Job Summary
The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) is responsible for delivering therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by occupational therapists, including therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living (ADL) training.
- Help patients with exercises, activities, and adaptive techniques aimed at improving their functional abilities and independence.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation related to patients' responses to therapy, document their progress, and report findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
