WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment under the direction of a Physical Therapist. This role requires a current, valid state PTA licensure or certification and a Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program. We're seeking candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to observe and document patient responses to therapy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities (e.g., heat, cold, electrical stimulation).
- Observe patient responses to therapy, document their progress, and report findings and any concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
