Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs through thorough assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' physical function.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, valid state PT licensure or certification
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred
