Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Williamston House, Windsor House, The Landings of Albemarle, & Edenton House a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Williamston, NC. This unique opportunity involves traveling to various locations in Eastern North Carolina, including Windsor, Hertford, Edenton.
(Ideal Candidate should have experience in an outpatient setting and can support up to four Senior Living Communities)

Schedule: Monday-Friday- No weekends!

Responsibilities
- Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
- Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited Physical therapy curriculum
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid NC to practice
