Broker Channel Account Executive
Our client is the leading healthcare concierge service and is looking to hire one (1) account executive to help us continue on our rapid growth plan. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to influence an early-stage company that is experiencing national expansion. HQ is located in the Northeastern US. However, this role is for the Florida Region and will require the ability to work remotely while developing relationships in a large territory where travel will be required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong health insurance broker network and possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. This role allows the ability to be entrepreneurial and open a fairly new market. You must be comfortable with multi-tasking and be able to budget your time and resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for this lucrative role. Experience building a channel, specifically with health insurance brokers is a requirement.
This is a fast-changing environment and new products and offerings are constantly being added. So, the ability to adapt quickly and pivot, is a must.
Income range will be $150-$170 for year 1 with no cap and no limitation on upside.
The more you grow and develop your broker network and relationships, the more you will earn.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client & broker relationships
- Ability to sell through a channel and direct to employers
- Cultivate pipeline by direct prospecting
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Meet and exceed financial goals
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Ability to travel often
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of 5 years of business experience, particularly in healthcare, digital health or health insurance market
- Previous experience selling to the health insurance broker community a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prospecting skills needed to cultivate pipeline
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
