Role Summary / Purpose :
The AVP, Analytics - Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for working cross-functionally across stakeholders to analyze, organize and plan work activities in support of addressing and resolving data issues raised by data analysts, data scientists or any user of Synchrony data assets. The AVP, Analytics - Data Quality Analyst will process capabilities established within the Chief Data Office.

Essential Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain Data Quality and Data Issue Management operating level agreements in support of data quality rule execution and reporting.
- Support teammates in the maintenance and development of solutions supporting data and analytic capabilities.
- Work with data extensively, querying from multiple databases, performing data quality and integrity checks, applying, and validating business rules, developing dashboards, and deploying solutions.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve the most effective outcomes.
- Recommend, design, and implement data quality specifications within Synchrony's approved Data Quality platforms.
- Participate in the solution design of data quality and data issue management technical and procedural solutions.
- Participate in the planning and execution of agile release cycles and iterations.
- Work on a mix of projects and BAU data analysis work.
- Perform other duties and / or special projects as assigned

The salary range for this position is 95,000.00 - 160,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
