Role Summary / Purpose :
The AVP, FP&A - Operations is responsible for partnering with Operations Senior leadership on financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the Operations Sub-Functions as assigned. This role will play an integral part in driving cost discipline while also finding ways to optimize spend through productivity without compromising essential needs. This role will have direct responsibility for the Customer Service, Talent Development, and Frontline Experience subfunctions of Operations.

Essential Responsibilities :
- Execute FP&A processes (annual OP Plan, pacing estimation, and close duties) for assigned subfunctions.
- Partner with senior leaders & staff to drive financial decision making and monitor expenses for areas of direct responsibility.
- Drive expense optimization efforts and create supporting analyses that provide strategic insights for leadership.
- Partner with Workforce Planning Operations and HR to manage headcount and staffing levels to budget.
- Partner with supplier management & sourcing to provide financial modeling support and identify productivity opportunities within the Operations Operating Plan.
- Provide financial analysis and summaries, including identification of key drivers of the results and areas of opportunities and risks in the respective functions.
- Perform other duties and / or special projects as assigned.

The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
