Role Summary/Purpose:
Reporting to VP Veterinary Strategic Accounts & Expansion, this role works in conjunction with the CareCredit Pet Leadership team to build and execute growth expansion opportunities with a focus specifically Boarding, Grooming, Training, Wellness, and University. Additionally, this role will support newly forming Mid-market groups in partnership with Client Development leadership. The role will cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the veterinary space and will work cross functionally to execute initiatives and strategies - including our Marketing and Commercial leaders.

Essential Responsibilities
The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies and action plans with the VP, Veterinary Strategic Accounts & Expansion and VP, Market Expansion - Vet.
- Work with NAM/SAM team in supporting the expansion of Wellness plan financing & Boarding/Grooming/ Training.
- Work cross functionally to support the growth of our initiatives: Marketing, Sales, Analytics, etc.
- Partner with University strategy leader in supporting initiatives and integrating newly signed university groups.
- Support and engage Mid-Market groups forming in the independent space.
- Assist in developing and strengthening long term relationships with relevant associations, consultants, alliance, and partner relationships in conjunction with growth strategies.
- Partner with client industry marketing to develop and execute marketing content and tradeshow initiatives as relevant.
- Contribute to value added analysis & reporting to evaluate & drive growth in usage.
- Assist with research of markets and assessment of opportunities for expansion in the Pet Business.
- Assess performance metrics to determine optimal growth strategies. Utilize data to contribute to the overall growth strategy.
- Work closely with CareCredit's various sales organizations to drive usage, new enrollments and increase sales.
- Conduct training sessions to both external and internal (sales) audiences - to ensure understanding of CareCredit programs, policies, and requirements and to enhance sales industry expertise.
- Assure all contractual obligations are being met.
- Experience engaging and onboarding new clients to Synchrony.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of experience in Financial Services.
- Minimum 3 years of client management experience in the Healthcare or Financial Services field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in delivering formal communications to senior business leaders.
- Ability to travel up to 50 % overnights and weekend travel
- Veterinary industry experience.
- Proven ability to influence decision makers & relationship management skills
- Ability to identify new opportunities and develop alternative solutions to achieve results.
- Ability to conduct effective sale presentations, consultative and need assessment selling.
- Strong performance track record and focus on results.
- Highly motivated with ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver on deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of concepts and principles and basic commercial awareness.
- Experience building relationships in emerging/new markets.
- Track record of leveraging analytics to build business cases with internal or external stakeholders.

Eligibility Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
