Role Summary / Purpose :
As the AVP, Partner Success you will play a key role in building the future of our ISV Partner Program.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of new processes to enable the scalability of our ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Partnerships. Partnering closely across our ISV and cross-functional teams to drive exceptional outcomes for SYF and our partners.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient / provider experience, and recognizes how our SaaS Partners add value across the patient / provider journey.
To thrive in this role, you will need to be highly collaborative, have superlative organization & communication skills, and enjoy finding creative solutions to complex challenges.

We’re proud to offer you choice and flexibility. You have the option to be remote, and work from home, or come into one of our offices. You may be occasionally requested to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events.
Essential Responsibilities
- Play key role in developing / managing ISV commercial processes and driving operational efficiencies across our partner network
- Grow to support daily management of current and future ISV partners
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal and external key stakeholders
- Proactively discover opportunities and influence decision making through data backed analyses and actionable insights
- Interface with cross functional teams that support ISV to help drive scalable solutions that enable growth for Synchrony and our Partners
- Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of all Synchrony / Health & Wellness products, tech capabilities, and ISV partnership structure and dynamics
- Perform other duties and / or special projects as assigned

The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
