Role Summary / Purpose :
VP, Acquisition Implementation role is responsible for the successful implementation of new models, scores, and attributes across Credit Acquisitions platforms. This role will lead cross functional alignment across business owners, strategy and model developers, product owners, and technical resources to define and deliver solutions that optimize the credit acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will have robust Credit process knowledge, knowledge of lending origination environments, supported by strong project management and technical expertise.

Essential Responsibilities :
- Define and lead the successful delivery and implementation of new models, scores, and attributes across Credit Acquisitions platforms.
- Support the development product lifecycle by refining functional requirements, contributing to product solution and design, and facilitate successful implementation across teams.
- Set expectations and demonstrate flexibility while managing a diverse set of stakeholders. Manage priority and input from Credit Acquisition Credit and Fraud strategy, technology, and model development teams while working with other Agile teams within the Synchrony Scaled Agile Train to support cross-team changes.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on all Acquisition Credit and Fraud Strategy implementations.
- Lead cross functional resources to implement Acquisition credit and fraud strategies in Acquisition Implementation platforms (SynApps, FICO DMP and FDP, Web tables).
- Proactively manage efforts to maintain accuracy of strategy changes, Collaborate with IT, and strategy partners to ensure flawless and timely delivery.
- Accountable to continuously improve the Synchrony’s Decision system and change processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. Credit Pillar leads, client teams, technology teams) on impacts and dependencies. Ensure teams are on-schedule for committed changes, resolve or escalate roadblocks to stakeholders and Senior Leadership.

The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
