Role Summary / Purpose
The VP, Consumer Bank Digital RTE will be responsible to lead 11 agile scrum / Kanban teams’ planning and execution of Consumer Banking initiatives. This role is responsible for collaborating with scrum masters, product owners, program managers and business leaders in defining the agile roadmap for the Bank Digital Agile Release Train, driving new innovations, and leading the agile teams to deliver technical capabilities in partnership with other teams and agile release trains in the company. The scrum masters and other agile roles will report into this role, as a result we are looking for a people leader, who can oversee a team of employees, contractors and can manage financials.
The Bank Digital Agile Release Train is one of the biggest trains under the Consumer Bank Solution Train focusing on creating and enhancing critical digital capabilities. This role will be responsible for cross-train collaboration in planning and managing dependencies across various teams and agile release trains within the company, ensuring that the teams are properly aligned, and dependencies are prioritized across the stakeholder group.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead large / enterprise agile initiatives for the Digital Bank (Business Orchestration / Services Layer, Web and Native apps, banker experience UI and workflow)
- Partner with multiple teams within the bank (Technology, Marketing, Ops, Finance) and across functions
- Partner with Fiserv and other banking vendor partners to execute on all plans
- Interact with business users to validate requirements / epics and develop detailed roadmap that meets business objectives
- Lead, manage and direct cross-functional teams throughout agile SDLC
- Responsible for tracking budget, risks and issues for assigned agile teams
- Create an overall agile program plan that tracks critical program milestones / releases
- Oversee dependencies, risks and priority changes that are introduced to the agile program
- Work with Third Party application providers to ensure project tasks align with delivery dates
- Manage the Digital Bank agile program increment process (PI Planning and Execution)
- Plan and communicate with business, IT Leadership, and other key stakeholders regarding program status, milestones, issue resolution and escalation
- Develop effective communication strategy across projects and constituencies
- Identify and implement continuous improvement culture and actions
- Perform other duties and / or special projects as assigned

The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
