Job Description : Role Summary / Purpose : This role reports to the SVP Enterprise Risk Management and is responsible for owning and managing the second line of defense risk infrastructure, including the eGRC application, eGRC datamart and workflow tools. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the risk infrastructure product strategy, functional enhancements and technical operations with support from IT. This includes partnering with Risk Leadership to establish common priorities for risk infrastructure and optimizing technical solutions to support effective and efficient risk management practices.Our Way of WorkingWe’re proud to offer you choice and flexibility. You may be occasionally requested to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events.Essential Responsibilities : Engage senior leadership and extended stakeholders to define and manage the risk infrastructure technology strategy and priorities.Manage enterprise-wide delivery and operations of technology solutions that automate and drive consistency of risk processes and assessments.Design, implement and manage datamart architecture to enhance risk analytics including integrated views of risk data, historical trends and changes in risk profile.Own eGRC steering committee, user forums and enterprise-wide communication plans to maintain engagement with risk infrastructure changes.Manage backlog processes to prioritize highest impact changes.Lead risk infrastructure Agile lifecycle including Planning Intervals (PI), sprint execution planning, user demos and velocity management.Drive operational excellence of production activities including change and release management, quality assurance and control environments.Own the multi-year risk infrastructure product and technology strategy, including cloud-platform readiness and migration planning.Manage program and operating budgets, including contingent workers, project funding, and software requirements.Establish new second-line service offering to deliver Power Automate workflow build and run support for risk governance processes.Manage a team comprised of Developers, Application Operations, Program Management, and Business Analysts to deliver best-in-class services.Perform other duties and / or special projects as assigned.Qualifications / Requirements : Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of information technology experience with a focus on financial services or in a consulting company; or in lieu of Bachelor Degree, a high school diploma / GED and 15 years of information technology experience with a focus on financial services or in a consulting company.Technical expertise using varied reporting and analytic tools including : SQL, Tableau, and ETL tools.Database management or datamart architecture experience.In-depth knowledge of Risk Management Processes and / or GRC Technologies.Experience leading and managing a team.Operation management experience with business applications.3 years of project management with the experience managing multiple programs / projects simultaneously.Desired Characteristics : Cloud technology or SaaS application experience.Project management skills with ability to manage multiple programs through a team-based approach in a fast-paced environment.Technical expertise using varied reporting and analytic tools.Experience in managing quality assurance programs such as planning, test scripts, automation and reporting.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate through all layers of the organization.Proven leadership and influencing across a matrixed organization, including formal presentations to Senior Leadership.Grade / Level : 14The salary range for this position is 150,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.Eligibility Requirements : You must be 18 years or older.You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process.You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.
