The VP, Strategic Supplier Metrics and Reporting is responsible for designing, creating and maintaining metrics and reporting to support the Fiserv relationship. The VP, Strategic Supplier Metrics and Reporting identify key performance indicators and develop the strategy for gather the data and regular reporting of the data to senior leaders. The reporting will include service level metrics, project delivery and release metrics, incident and change metrics. The VP, Strategic Supplier Metrics and Reporting will have extensive knowledge of Fiserv products and services and a deep understanding of contractual service levels.

Essential Responsibilities
The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Essential Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to identify key performance indicators for the Fiserv and other supplier relationships.
- Knowledgeable about SYF’s relationship with Fiserv and Fiserv services we procure.
- Knowledge about Service Now and how to extract incident data.
- Knowledgeable about Agile and the associated metrics.
- Be a significant contributor to existing cadences including the Tech Partnership and Fiserv Governance Forums providing data for the meeting documents
- An ability to conceptualize complex ideas quickly and convey them to others in a clear, effective, and motivating manner
- Interact cross functionally within Tech to create an SLA mapping document to show how supplier SLAs impact client SLAs
- Work in a constantly evolving environment, due to technological advances and the strategic direction of the organization.
- Investigate problem areas. Use data to drive Control and stability improvements across Fiserv tech environment and/or SYF
- Interact cross functionality with the broader team managing the relationship with Fiserv, including tech teams and supplier management teams
- Manages Technology project priority and escalations with Fiserv for SYF initiatives. Includes developing and maintaining cross functional relationship within SYF to understand priorities and monitor the delivery of enhancements to Fiserv products and services
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 3 years working in Financial Services technology; OR in lieu of the Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Services.
- Experience working with vendor supplied products and services
- Experience working with Service Now as well as working with changes and incident management
- Experience working with supplier contracts.
- Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience working with Fiserv’s product and services
- Agile expertise
- Critical thinking, problem solving and creativity
- Experience managing a large scale supplier relationship

Eligibility Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
