The company has managed supply chain synergies for global automotive and technology premier brands for more than 60 years. The works hours for this role are Friday through Sunday , 5AM to 5 : 30 PM .
About the Role
How you will contribute
- Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems.
- Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
- Assign approved service provider for transportation based on the approved carrier matrix, mode, service level, and cost efficiency to meet the customer’s expectations.
- Ensure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained.
- Proactively works with operations to identify shipments at risk of not meeting secure dates based on mode, service level, miles, equipment type.
- Other duties as assigned.
