Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architectural design and development of scalable, robust, and secure full-stack solutions, with a strong emphasis on integrating Generative AI capabilities.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive and innovative technical solutions.
3. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
4. Drive the exploration, evaluation, and adoption of cutting-edge technologies, with a specific focus on Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models), frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers), and related infrastructure.
5. Design and implement the integration of Generative AI models into various application layers, including front-end user interfaces, back-end services, and data pipelines.
6. Define and enforce architectural patterns, best practices, and coding standards across full-stack development and Generative AI implementations.
7. Maintain a strong hands-on involvement in development activities, including coding, prototyping, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
8. Design and implement secure and efficient data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models.
9. Architect and optimize cloud-based solutions leveraging platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for both full-stack applications and Generative AI workloads.
10. Ensure the scalability, performance, reliability, and security of the designed solutions.
11. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and tools for both front-end, back-end, and Generative AI components.
12. Lead technical discussions and present architectural designs and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
13. Mentor and guide junior architects and developers on full-stack development and Generative AI best practices.
14. Stay current with the latest advancements in full-stack development, Generative AI research, and cloud technologies.
15. Contribute to the development of intellectual property and technical documentation.
16. Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum [Specify Number, e.g., 8-10] years of experience in software development, with a significant portion in full-stack roles.
3. Proven experience in designing and architecting complex, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications.
4. Strong hands-on development experience across various layers of the stack, including:
   1. Front-end: Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g.,Angular), HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
   2. Back-end: Proficiency in one or more server-side languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)
   3. Databases: Experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
   4. APIs: Deep understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design and development.
5. Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with Generative AI models and frameworks, including:
   1. Understanding of different Generative AI model types (e.g., LLMs, image generation, audio synthesis).
   2. Experience with at least one major Generative AI framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
   3. Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluating Generative AI models.
   4. Knowledge of the ethical considerations and responsible AI practices.
6. Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services relevant to both full-stack development and AI/ML workloads (e.g., SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Vertex AI).
7. Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
8. Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture).
9. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
10. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
11. Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.  
12. Ability to lead technical discussions and influence technical decisions.
