Key Responsibilities :
Independently execute tasks to upgrade the .NET Framework from 4.7 to 8.0 including analyzing requirements planning and implementing solutions with minimal guidance.
Extend and enhance an existing complex software system.
Update and enhance APIs and SQL Databases.
Use standard methodologies for building Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) technologies under Design Control procedures.
Translate requirements into application features and document architecture and design decisions.
Design develop and debug software for complex multiprocess systems.
Implement clientside serverside and database software.
Design and implement interfaces for data exchange with other systems.
Analyze and evaluate new technologies recommending improvements to existing products.
Required :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of handson software development experience.
Proficiency in C# (.NET Framework .NET Core .NET 6).
Handson experience with machine learning model development deployment and lifecycle management.
Extensive application debugging / troubleshooting with Visual Studio.
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Web API development and UI development with WPF.
Experience with crossfunctional new product development teams.
Effective communication skills for conveying critical design / project information to customers.
Familiarity with highquality software practices (testdriven development documentation software review processes and crossplatform support) is a plus.
Preferred :
- net 8 Cross platform experience
Ability to work independently and understand existing code / systems with minimal rampup time.
Experience with AWS or Azure Cloud.
Software development experience for medical devices.
Proficiency in Python and / or JavaScript.
Experience with Xamarin ObjC or Swift for iOS development.
Familiarity with FDA QSR / ISO9000 design control regulations.
Experience in conceptualizing designing implementing and testing small to medium engineering software applications.
Experience with SaMD development.
Documentation skills in a highly regulated industry.
Knowledge of secure development practices and security testing.
Entity Framework (EF6) codefirst approach.
This position is located in Warsaw IN with the potential of being located remotely and may require up to 20% travel.
