Responsibilities
Content Strategy:
· Works to understands our customer base to identify relevant topics
· Creates and manages a comprehensive content calendar across different digital channels
· Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure content success
Content Creation:
· Writes blog posts, articles, social media updates, website copy, and other digital content formats
· Develops engaging visuals (infographics, videos, images) to complement written content.
· Produces high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and messaging.
SEO Optimization:
· Incorporates relevant keywords and optimizing content for search engine ranking.
· Manages meta descriptions and title tags for improved search visibility.
· Builds internal linking structures within website content.
Content Distribution:
· Publishes content on the company website, social media platforms, and email newsletters
· Recommends/ Promotes content through paid advertising channels
· Leverages social media engagement strategies to expand reach
Analytics and Reporting:
· Monitors content performance using analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement
· Analyzes website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement metrics.
· Creates reports to demonstrate the impact of content marketing efforts to stakeholders.
Education, Experience & Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering (BSEE, Computer Science) or a related field and/or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, network engineering, applications engineering in B2B products business
- Proficiency in digital marketing and technical documentation tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical writing and tools
- Self-motivated and enjoys a fast paced, team environment in a small company
- Looking to develop professionally and contribute to the growth of the company
- Local to the Jacksonville area (this is an on-site position)
