What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Syndeo Staffing?
Syndeo Staffing is searching for the right person to join a family-owned ag-fertilizer supply company as a Warehouse Associate. Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, this person will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and maintaining accurate records.
Pay: $16-$18 BOE
Schedule:
- Minimum 42.5 hours per week additional OT as needed
- Typical schedule will be between 6 am & 5 pm Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Fulfilling product order invoices
- Unloading material from incoming trucks
- Loading products onto delivery trucks for shipping
- Assist with maintaining equipment which includes cleaning out production equipment and lines
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with computer and inventory software preferred
- Regularly required to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, stack, lift, and walk for long periods of time
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Manufacturing environment – exposure to heat and cold along with humid conditions and dust
