Preventative Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing
Syndeo Staffing has a direct hire opening for our client, a leading out-processing and finishing company in the aerospace industry. We are seeking a dependable Preventative Maintenance Technician to join their team.
As a Preventative Maintenance Technician, your primary role will be to perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of manufacturing equipment. Your work will help maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 am – 3 : 30 pm
Pay Range : $16–18 / hour
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment (e.g., greasing machinery, changing air filters, belts, and parts).
- Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Assist in scheduling maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies during maintenance tasks.
