Overview Of Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiting Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with US-based companies that are seeking to hire top-tier AI / ML / Data Science engineers. Your primary focus will be building strong relationships with HR Principals, Engineering Managers, and other key stakeholders within client organizations.
In this role, you are purely focused on selling. You will focus 75% of your time finding new clients and 25% of your time selling to current Syndesus clients in the US. Please note that there is an opportunity to sell recruiting and other solutions to the Syndesus install base in the US.
