What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Testing / Flowback Operator position at Syndicate Energy Services?
Syndicate Energy Services, LLC (SES) has a well-established reputation for training our employees extensively in order to meet international safety and environmental awareness standards.
We have employment opportunities available for experienced flowback and well-testing assistants, operators & supervisors with minimum 1 year experience. We are currently looking to fill positions in our North Dakota location and there is potential for Texas & Pennsylvania work in the future. Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen to be eligible for hire.
We run a tentative scheduled rotation based on 28 days working 12hr shifts followed by 14 days off.
Minimum Requirements for Employment
Experience
- 1 year experience preferred

Pay
- Competitive hourly pay, based on experience.
