What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Account Representative - Integration position at Syndicate?
The Key Account Representative ? Integration is primarily assigned to accounts with specialized electronic requirements and in specific market channels. This position is the primary support resource for assigned customers, and is the point person for all incoming inquiries, and the account?s unique needs. This role is crucial for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless integration of customer requirements.
This team member will serve as the first point of contact regarding all customer integration requests. This includes customer onboarding, item set-ups, portal submissions, portal account creations, and requested customer compliance documentation. This team member will report to the Digital Customer Care Manager and will work closely with the Grocery, H&G, and Ecomm associated Sales teams to ensure Syndicate is fully integrated and compliant with existing and new customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage customer onboarding processes, including setting up new accounts and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Process orders from assigned customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and an ongoing strong working relationship.
- Responsible for all unique account needs which include but not limited to customer item set up, order retrieval and other service requirements which reside in the customers online platform (?portal?).
- Routes all inquiries and account needs to the proper department to develop solutions in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
- Follow procedures and protocols to ensure consistent service and strong working relationships with teams responsible for shipping, delivery, accounting, and technical issues from a customer service perspective.
- Travel to support account events, account shows, or industry events, as necessary.
- Travel to account meetings when needed if necessary.
