Our client, a leading healthcare organization is seeking an Admissions Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis! In this role, you will be the resource families rely on during critical moments, guiding them through the admissions process and introducing them to life-changing programs.
Pay : $20-22 / hr
Shift : Overnight
Hours : 12am - 8am
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Location : Remote, with On-Site training in Irvine. MUST BE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
What You’ll Do :
- Welcome and guide clients and their families through a seamless admissions process.
- Answer inquiries and provide detailed information about our programs and services.
- Offer empathetic support, ensuring clients feel valued and cared for.
- Manage documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Demonstrate professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.
