Our challenge
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in terminal management within the banking industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing terminal operations, ensuring seamless integration of systems that support our banking services. This position requires a blend of analytical capabilities, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to enhance our terminal management processes.
Additional Information
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas, TX / Pittsburg, PA is $110k - $120k / year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to terminal management.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications that guide system development and enhancements.
- Serve as a liaison between business, development, architecture, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of terminals.
- Create detail user stories to be consumed by development and testing team
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate system changes, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Analyze current terminal management systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Work with IT and vendors to design, implement, and maintain terminal management systems that meet business needs.
- Ensure that terminal systems integrate smoothly with other banking applications and support overall operational efficiency.
- Analyze terminal performance metrics and produce reports that provide insights into usage, efficiency, and operational issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of terminal management processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on terminal operations, system usage, and best practices.
- Ensure that terminal management processes comply with relevant banking regulations and industry standards.
- Identify potential risks associated with terminal operations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to terminal management.
- Proactively recommend and implement improvements to enhance terminal management efficiency and service delivery.
